Having been let down by another company, who failed to carry out their due diligence and clearly just wanted to pass the issue on to somebody else, I was left with no hot water or heating and no clear solution. I called Ben, and he was able to come out the same day. He carried out all the correct tests, quickly found the gas leak, retested the drop rates, confirmed everything was safe, and got my gas switched back on. I contacted Ben on a Saturday morning as I had no heating or hot water. Ben quickly attended and soon established that the gas supply had been ‘capped’ off. Supply was restored and I had hot water and heating. Ben also talked through the thermostat with me. This was all done on a day when Ben had a family party to attend, so thank you Ben. Ben is an absolute superstar. As a landlord of multiple properties I reply on him to service and do all the gas safe certificates. He is very fair in price as does a service and gas safe package. He is reliable honest and I don’t worry at all about the boilers in my rentals and know that I am complying with all regulations correctly. I have been using Brighton Gas Safety for 5 years and Ben is utterly brilliant - he has always been able to help with any problems I’ve had with my boiler or heating in multiple different houses.
